1825: BEFORE
Photos of the house when we bought it. Eeek! This is what can happen to a house that's left vacant for a good long time with a leaky roof. That room that looks especially terrible in the first picture was early on designated as my older daughter's. Everybody we ran into would ask the kids, "How's your new house?" It's easy to see why her answer was, "It's TERRIBLE!"
